Pre shipment Testing – All finished machines must be test run, function inspected and spare parts, relative operation manual and document list checked completely.

Service after sales – Keep client informed the shipping schedule in advance and Tracing shipment accurately.

Upon client request we dispatch qualified technician to client's factory for machine installation and technical I skill transfer.

Keep periodic contact with clients who use TK machines and realize machine running status and provide fast and efficient technical support to clients if necessary.
